The Glens Falls Board of Public Safety will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 10 a.m. The meeting will be conducted as a Conference Call-In Meeting.
The City of Glens Falls will follow Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order regarding Open Meetings during the COVID-19 Pandemic, implementing the following option for municipalities which states that if “Members of the public body meet via conference call or videoconference, with no in-person location, the public must be allowed to listen to or view such meetings and the public body must record and later transcribe such meetings.”
The public will be allowed to listen to this Conference Call-In Meeting by calling 518-480-3615 and entering Access Code # 3760 when prompted. Please call just prior to 10 a.m. on Monday, November 16th.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to approve Police Department appointments.
The Glens Falls Water & Sewer Commission and the Glens Falls Common Council will hold a Joint Special Meeting on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 2 p.m. at the Waste Water Treatment Plant Conference Room, 2 Shermantown Road, Glens Falls. Social distancing measures will be in place. While the Public may not attend because of COVID-19 restrictions, the meeting will be live-streamed and then placed on the City of Glens Falls You Tube Channel for viewing at a later date.
The purpose of the meeting is to jointly discuss the Proposed 2021 Water Fund and 2021 Sewer Fund Budgets.
