The Glens Falls Police Department is investigating what appears to be disposed driveway sealer located near the pavilion in Crandall Park. It is believed that a white male wearing a straw hat was seen driving a blue colored pickup truck in the area between 730-8am. The pickup truck, which also was described as having a white tailgate, was carrying large drums.
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation will be handling the cleanup of the disposed driveway sealer in Crandall Park.
