City of Glens Falls Residents: the City’s annual MS4 will be available for review on May 17, 2023. This report documents the City’s progress toward the goals established in our Stormwater Management Plan and will be submitted to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. The City’s Stormwater Management Plan is also available for review. Public comments on this Plan and the MS4 are welcome and encouraged.
