As you may already be aware, the City of Glens Falls is in the process of completing a City-wide revaluation of all property values within the City.
We have scheduled public information meetings that are open to all residents and owners of real property within the City.
All meetings will be held in City Hall located at 42 Ridge St., Glens Falls, NY 12801.
Meetings have been scheduled for:
- Tuesday, January 25th, 7pm, Common Council Meeting, 3rd Flr, Town Court
- Wednesday, February 2nd at 1pm and 6pm, 2nd Flr, Mayor’s conference rm.
- Saturday, February 5th at 11am, 2nd Flr, Mayor’s conference rm.
Representatives of KLW Appraisal Group and the Assessor will provide an overview of the project and will be available to answer any questions. We urge residents and property owners to attend one of these meetings either in person or on YouTube.
As part of this project the City of Glens Falls has updated its Online Property Information. Information regarding each individual property can be found on the Assessment page of the City of Glens Falls website. The new database is named Image Mate Online. This new application allows for property owners the ability to review information as well as provide feedback regarding their specific property data (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc). The Assessment website will have instructions on how to utilize this tool.
