[ARCHIVED] City Hall Roof Replacement Starting Monday, Oct. 4

The long-anticipated City Hall roof replacement project is poised to begin. Starting Monday, Oct. 4, crews will begin erecting scaffolding around the outside of City Hall, from ground to roof on all sides of the building to facilitate the roof replacement project. These scaffolds will remain in place throughout the roof replacement project. Overhead protection will be provided at commonly used entrance/exit points. All entrances will be accessible but staff and City Hall patrons should exercise caution while entering and exiting the building. Attached are conceptual renderings of the scaffolding that will surround the building. The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2022.
