[ARCHIVED] Please Help Us Reach Our Goal By Taking The National Grid Electric Vehicle Survey

EV

Dear resident,

Glens Falls has been working with National Grid, our electric utility, to bring electric vehicle charging stations to our residents and the community. National Grid wants to hear from you about your vehicle, commuting habits, and what you think about electric vehicles and EV charging. Can you help us reach the goal by taking this 5-10 minute survey?

As a thank you for your time, you will receive a $10 gift card for completing the survey.

Gift cards are provided through a service called Tango Card. You can choose a card from a retailer or restaurant (including Amazon.com, App Store & iTunes, Google Play, CVS, Dunkin’ Donuts and more), donate to a charity (like the American Cancer Society), or redeem for an online debit card (Visa® or MasterCard®).

This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used to improve National Grid’s services.

Please complete the survey by Sunday, December 20, 2020 if you are able to participate.

The link to participate is: Bit.ly/GlensFallsEV

If you have any questions about the survey please contact Shannon Kahl at ILLUME Advising, the research firm managing this survey on National Grid’s behalf. You can reach Shannon at Shannon@illumeadvising.com

We understand that the current coronavirus outbreak presents many challenges. Above all, we hope that you and your family stay safe throughout the pandemic. We appreciate if you are able to participate in this survey, but we understand if you cannot.

Don’t miss out on this chance to share your insights!

P.s.

If you cannot complete the survey all at one time or you accidentally exit the survey mid-course, you can resume where you left off by following the above link or hitting the back button in your browser. Results will not be recorded until the final submit button is clicked.
