NY Encon

ATTENTION HUNTERS:

License Sales for the 2019/2020 Hunting Season will begin on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. at the City Clerk’s Office. Please bring your Driver’s License and/or last year’s Hunting License with you. For Hunting & Trapping, the license year runs from September 1 to August 31.

The DMP Instant Lottery also begins on Thursday, August 1st. Deer Management Permit applicants have from August 1st through the close of business (4 p.m. for the City Clerk’s Office) on Monday, September 30th, 2019 to purchase their DMP’s. There is a $10 fee for DMP applications, except for Lifetime Sportsman License Customers who bought licenses before October 1, 2009 and Junior Hunting/Junior Bow Hunting Licenses. A DMP probability chart and map will be posted for customers.

Please note that there are no longer Sportsman or Super Sportsman categories. Customers will receive only those licenses/privileges that they want.
