Responsibilities
The Department of Community Development offers housing rehabilitation grants for low to moderate income families and sponsors a 1st time homebuyers program. Applications and brochures are available for both programs.
All services are for the City of Glens Falls residents only (with the exception of the First Time Homebuyer's Program). For a brochure or application, contact the Community Development office at (518) 761-3833 or you can download many of them from the Document Center.
