Prepare a detailed plan which can be submitted to the Police, Board of Public Safety, and Common Council.

There is none scheduled at this point for the 2006 calendar year.

3. If I wanted to use City Park for a concert, who do I have to talk to?

The Recreation Department controls the City Park, as well as all the other parks within the city limits, so you would be the ones to who would have to give approval.
